What is Dealdala? Dealdala is an online auction platform where you can win high-quality electronics, including smartphones, laptops, and smartwatches, at a fraction of their retail price using our unique bidding system.
How do I create an account? Click on the “Sign In/Sign Up” button at the top of the homepage. You can register using your email address. New users often receive a welcome bonus of credits to kickstart their journey!
What are “Credits/Points”? To participate in an auction, you use credits. Each bid placed consumes a specific number of credits from your account.
2. Bidding & Auctions
How do I place a bid? Browse our “Live Auctions” section, select a product you like, and click “Bid Now.” Each bid will increase the current price of the item by a small increment and reset the auction timer.
What happens when the timer runs out? The last person to place a bid before the timer hits zero wins the auction and the right to purchase the item at the final winning price.
Can I bid on multiple items? Yes! You can participate in as many live auctions as your credit balance allows.
3. Payments & Shipping
How do I pay for an item I won? Once you win an auction, the item will appear in your “My Orders” section. You can complete the checkout process using our secure payment gateways.
What are the shipping costs? Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of the item. Detailed shipping information will be provided at the time of checkout.
How long does delivery take? We aim to process all winning orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 10 business days depending on your region.
4. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For more details, please visit our [Refund and Returns Policy] page.
Can I get a refund for used credits? Credits used in an auction are non-refundable, as they represent your participation in the live event. However, if an auction is cancelled by Dealdala, credits will be returned to your balance.
5. Account & Security
I forgot my password. What should I do? Click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the Login page. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a link to reset it.
