1. Use of the Platform

DealDala is an online auction marketplace allowing users to bid on listed products.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Misuse, fraudulent activity, or multiple fake accounts may result in suspension.
3. Auction Rules

All bids placed are final and cannot be cancelled.

Highest bidder at auction end wins the product.

Auto-bidding may be used on select listings.

In case of system/technical errors, DealDala reserves the right to cancel or re-run auctions.
4. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Accepted modes: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets.

You must complete payment within the specified time after winning the auction.

Taxes, shipping fees, and other charges may apply.
5. Order Fulfillment

After successful payment, orders are processed as per estimated delivery timelines.

Delays may occur due to courier issues, government restrictions, or unforeseen conditions.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:

Manipulate bids or create fake bidding accounts.

Upload harmful or illegal content.

Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt website services.

Engage in fraudulent payment activity.
7. Limitation of Liability
DealDala is not responsible for:

Any loss due to delayed deliveries.

Technical issues beyond our control.

Misuse of your account caused by your negligence.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of kolkata courts.
