Because DealDala is an auction platform, certain refund conditions apply.
1. Auction Bid Refunds
All bids placed are final.
Bid amounts or entry fees (if any) are non-refundable.
2. Payment After Winning Auction
If the winner fails to complete payment within the given time, the order will be cancelled.
Any convenience fee/charge is non-refundable.
3. Product Returns
Returns are allowed only when:
The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
Eligible cases:
Wrong product received
Damaged item
Missing parts
Manufacturing defect
Non-eligible:
Minor color/texture variations
Buyer remorse or change of mind
4. Refund Process
Refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 3–7 business days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method using Razorpay.
5. Cancellation Policy
Auction bids cannot be cancelled.
Orders after successful payment cannot be cancelled by the buyer except in specific approved cases.
